The cover has minor creases and a slight scuff. On the back there is slight evidence of where a price label was once attached. The spine is slightly rubbed and the album Title is not legible, but the artist and Cat number are clear. The vinyl has minor scratches visible, with a couple of minor ticks that will not affect your enjoyment of the album. The sound is beautiful, deep and clear. This is a great example of this classic and timeless folk album.

The album is musically superb, as you would expect with Steeleye Span effectively backing Ray. Her voice does complete credit to the music and her passion for the music shines through. The album starts with the upbeat Johnnie Sangster on Side 1 while the haunting Pride of Glencoe starts Side 2. Following these 2 tracks are some of the most beautiful folk songs from north of the border you will hear. This album does not come up for sale often – for good reason.
