BRIEF SUMMARY
Ginhouse only produced this one album and then disbanded. They were from Newcastle on Tyne and were called Ginhouse after the Animals track ‘Gin House Blues’. . Much sought after album on the original B&C label. The album was released after the band had won the 1970 Melody Maker ‘Battle of the Bands’ competition. This album is a great example of the 1970/71 progressive rock scene in Britain and I loved listening to it.
