Rare to find this album, especially in this superb condition. The cover has slight ringwear and minor bit of laminate creasing, but the spine is fully legible and there are no sticker marks, tears or writing. The labels are excellent dandelion labels, while the vinyl is excellent with occasional very minor surface noise.

This was Beau’s first of 2 albums released on John Peel’s Dandelion label. Beau (Christopher John Trevor Midgely) was 23 when this album was released in 1969 and is a delightful album, with all songs written by Beau and the only accompaniment is beau himself playing a 12 string guitar. The stand out track is ‘1917 revolution’ which was the only single taken from the album and had more success in Europe than in the UK. However, this track is supposed to be the inspiration for America’s ‘Horse with no name’.
